the top I noticed that I had more broccoli and pasta than chicken,and to be blunt about it the chicken looked like it had ran a marathon, It looked as if The cook or someone took one chicken breast chopped it up and split it among both orders. On June 3rd I ordered my usual favorite dish The Cajun Chicken Alfredo as normal I ordered 2 for takeout and when I got home and opened. The Review that I am writing is 100% factual without any misunderstanding and I stand by it honestly. I will never return and I will make my friends and will not either! More I HAVe NEVER in my 50 years experienced such piss pore customer service! If she were my employee she would be forced to go through extensive customer service training or be terminated! The food shocked me because every time I have rated in, there were no issues. She went as far as to tell me “Not my problem.” I asked for her manager’s name which she provided and slammed down the phone! Needless to say I was upset! I asked her if she expected me to go through the trash at Buffalo Wild Wings to get the food and she stated “ yes if you want your meal replaced”. I trashed my $73.99 worth of food and ordered food from Buffalo Wild Wings to replace the garbage from Kickback Jacks! I called back on 1-5-21 like Stacy instructed to give them and opportunity to fix the meal and she stated she WOULD NOT replace the meal without the food.
I specifically asked if I needed to return the $73.99 worth of fund and she indicated I did I not. Needless to say I did not realize all of this until I was ALL the way in Cary! I called and spoke to a manager named Stacy who informed me I could drive all the way back to Raleigh for a refund or she would remake my meal the following day. The wings were the size of my pinky and I have small hands. 20 naked wings were so hard and dry they were not eatable, The other 40 wings had more breading than chicken and were also dry. I ordered a meal to go for my family, drove from Cary to pick it up and it was HORRIBLE! The 2 salads I ordered were in styrofoam containers that were not closed and the salads ended up at the bottom of the bag.
